- Practice setting: high volume inpatient heart center
- Number of Operating Rooms: 30
- Schedule: variable- 8,10,12 hour shifts
- On call: The call rotation is 1:5 with first call every eighth night, no second call.
- Cases are primarily cardiac and vascular, there is no OB or trauma.
- Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgical procedures, including CABG, valve replacements, and other complex cardiac surgeries.
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: Cardiac Cases per day- 6-8 cases
- Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers
- Not accepting Locums candidates
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Anesthesia - REQUIRED
- ECHO Board Certified and/or Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship-Trained (to be complete prior to start) - REQUIRED
- Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship-Trained - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (by time of start) - REQUIRED

- Echo Board Certified and/or Cardiac Fellowship-Trained
Working Hours
