Hospital Employee . Loan Forgiveness available up to $30,000/year. Signing Bonus available up to $100,000 . Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME time and $5,500 available. Proficiency in Nerve Blocks for Orhopedics is a plus. Mon - Fri 7 a.m. - 3:30 pm. Highly competitive salary, generous benefit package, annual CME, dues and licensing, Malpractice paid.
