Lead with impact! TeamHealth is seeking an experienced or aspiring leader to become the next medical director at St. Mary's Medical Center located in beautiful West Palm Beach, Florida. Start by May 1, 2026, and qualify for an additional $25,000 sign-on bonus, for a total incentive of $150,000.
The ideal candidate will be board certified in anesthesiology with either fellowship training in pediatrics or significant pediatric anesthesia experience complemented by strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
In this key role, the facility medical director is a highly visible leader directly collaborating with hospital executives and influential surgical leaders. The FMD will oversee and manage all clinical operations, the development and implementation of clinical programs that promote high quality patient care while developing and maintaining a strong relationship between the practice team members.

Opportunity Overview
- Dedicated administrative time to focus on strategy, quality initiatives, and team development
- Compensation package of $595,000 - $635,000
- $125,000 sign-on bonus: start by May 1, 2026, and qualify for an additional $25,000 sign-on bonus
- $25,000 relocation bonus
- 10 weeks' vacation
- Fellowship training in pediatrics or significant pediatric anesthesia experience required
- On-call responsibilities involve backup pager coverage from home (7p-7a) and participation in the rotation of Saturday/Sunday 7a-7p day shifts; post call days off, and on-call shifts are evenly rotated among 7 physicians
- Work in an educational training environment, including CRNA and AA program partnerships
