Job Duties

• Base Salary: $500,000
• $560,000+ with experience
• Salary increases each year

    • Money rolls over every year and stays with you even if you leave Geisinger

• Dental: Basic or Enhanced coverage, including orthodontic under the Enhanced plan
• Vision: Free annual eye exam, eyewear allowances, and laser-vision discounts
• Malpractice: Professional liability insurance provided, with tail coverage addressed within Geisinger’s malpractice program during contracting

• Geisinger Employer Retirement Contributions:
  • Geisinger contributes 9% of your eligible earnings, totaling $24,500 annually
