Shift Details: 7a-5:30p
Schedule: Monday-Friday, No call
Work Details:
· Support Staff: CRNAs
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time- prefer 5 10’s/week No overtime applicable. Will consider minimum coverage of 5 consecutive days/month.
· Patients per day: depends on case load but will be fast paced
· Patient Population/Age: Mostly adult, some ped
· Department Description: Trauma level 1. MUST be comfortable in a fast paced environment. Will see Cardiac, thoracic, ortho, GI, bread and butter, peds cases. No OB. May have some GYN procedures, but no labor and delivery. Can opt out of cardiac cases if preferred. Must be comfortable to supervise CRNAs.
EMR: EPIC- must be experienced

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active IL license- not considering non-licensed candidates

· Certifications Preferred: ACLS, PALS
· Certifications Required: BLS
· Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 years and must have EPIC experience
