CRNA Locums Job | Starting July 15 in Warsaw, Indiana
Details of Assignment:--Monday through Friday, 5x8s or 4x10s
--Looking for candidates who are willing to take call in OR or OB Call but flexible to shift work
--Call runs Monday 7am-Monday 7am. OR call with be 7-3 in the OR and then beeper call
--OB call is in house 7-3 and then beeper call as well
--Case Mix: General, OB, Endo, Ortho
--EMR: Cerner
--Active Indiana license preferred
