- Start Date: ASAC
- Shift: 4 10s or 3 12s
- Cases: general, orthopedic, endoscopy, OBGYN, vascular, ENT, podiatry
- Overnight shifts
- CRNA pager call: 2nd call, call availability strongly preferred
