DESCRIPTION:

· One to two weeks per month

· No post call

· Inpatient and outpatient cases in the same facility

· EMR-EPIC

· Types of cases: for Cardiac, (open hearts, TAVR’s, ablations, cardioversions, and LAAC)

· For non-Cardiac, general, vascular, robotics, endoscopy, GI, GU, OB and some ortho.

· Need is for 1 year with the option to extend.

· Shared call, for instance, if there are 8 providers in the group the call is 1:8.

REQUIRED:

· MN state license; active, unrestricted. OR IMLC

· Candidates must be board certified/ board eligible in Anes.

· DEA and current, ACLS, PALS, certification

· FLU vaccination required

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided.
