We are seeking a Locums Anesthesia MD for CV Coverage in Orange Park Florida for one (1) per month on going.
*Site can offer Temp/Emergency Privileges*

Pay Rate: $325.00 /Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

Case Types: all including cardiac and structure hearts, no peds or transplants.
OR's: 7 general, 1 trauma, 2 cardiac, 2 EP rooms, 1 biplane room, 11 bronchi room, 2 endo rooms, 2 C-section rooms in L&D. Daily Patient Volume: 45
· Location: Orange Park, FL
· Start Date: June 2023
· Duration: On-going
· Practice Setting: Hospital
· Schedule: Part-time or Full-time
· Patient Ages: Adult
· On Call: Optional
· Support Staff: Yes



May Physician work in a Supervisory Only capacity or expected to work own cases: Be able to do both

Qualifications

· Current State Medical License - Florida
· Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC and fellowship training, Advance TEE certification
· DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes
