Details of Assignment:
--Active Oregon license, NBCRNA & DEA (DEA only needed if contracted 6 months+)
--Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
--Call on rotation 1 in 5/6. Call is required.
--Case mix: general case mix, blocks and OB required
--No supervision; candidates must be comfortable working independently
