Details of Assignment:--Monday through Friday, 40 hour work week
--No call and no weekends required
--CRNAs are supervised here
--Case mix: Neuro (crainies and backs), general, ortho, hearts (not required), plastics, ophthalmology, ENT, major vascular, GI
--Active Kentucky license
--Board Certified in Anesthesiology
--Credentialing timelines: 60-90 days from the return of an application
