Location Details:86 miles north of La Crosse Wisconsin and 24 miles southeast of Cedar Falls, Wisconsin
- Practice type: Clinic and call
- Shift hours: Variable scheduling each day with hours between 7a-5p
- Call required?/Rotation or Schedule :Beeper - 15 minute response time MDAs have first call, CRNAs called in as needed.
- Specific Dates Open: Start date - ASAP
- Caseload 2-10 patients per shift
- Procedures: MAC, General Anesthesia, Emergent and Elective, Intubations, IV placement, A-Line placement, Manage airway in codes.
- Supervision? Ratio: Provider will supervise CRNA's
- % of Cases Supervising versus Hands-on: Medical direction practice
- Equipment: Draeger Apollo Anesthesia Machines. Omnicell Medication Dispensing.
- EMR Cerner
- Credentialing: 60 days no pending malpractice
- Required Certifications/Cred Items: BC ACLS/ATLS/BLS/PALS
