Shift Details:

  • Monday-Friday 6:45am to 3:00pm or 6:45am to 5:00pm
  • Occasional call weekdays from 5:00pm to 7:00am and Weekends Friday 5:00pm to Monday 7:00am

11/28 24 hour call

12/1 24 hour call
12/24 7a-3p, 3p-7a beeper call
12/25 24 hour call
6:45a-3p shifts with occasional night beeper call

Work Details:

  • Support Staff: CRNAs and nurses
  • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 4 weeks per month
  • Patients per day: 4-8
  • Patient Population/Age: All ages
  • Department Description: We do a lot of geriatric fractures, urology, general surgery (no bariatrics), advanced breast cancer surgery, total joints, and ALL endoscopy under Propofol infusion.
  • 3000 OR cases and 3000 endoscopy cases/year. 500 OB deliveries per year.
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Hospital Bed size: 87
  • Skills: Current OB anesthesia skills and energy/ability to cover OB plus OR and endoscopy at night and on weekends is a must. The locums anesthesiologist will always have a CRNA to back them up.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification: Must be BC or BE
  • License Required: AZ License
  • DEA: Yes
  • CSR: No
  • Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
  • Certifications Required: ACLS
