Scope of Work: Ortho, spine, general surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, Dental, Urology, Endo/ERCP. No hearts or heads. Healthy peds.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WI license or IMLC, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS. AHA certifications are required.
