Join 2 MD's and 6 CRNA's in a "Bread and Butter" Anesthesia role consisting of ortho, obstetrics, general surgery, and some cardiac surgery. This physician-lead, multi-specialty group located in Central Nebraska focuses on physician autonomy and offers a nice quality of life.

The Position:
• Established team includes 2 MDA's and 6 CRNA's, whom are all practicing independently with no supervision required - CRNA's share in the call schedule
• Surgical case mix includes Orthopedic Surgery, OB, General Surgery, and cardiac - average of 2-3 hearts per week
• Modern facility with 5 OR's, 2 endoscopy suites, EP Lab and C-Section room
• Lucrative compensation package includes Earning Potential of over $750,000 per year with a $630,000 base salary, Full Benefits, 8 weeks of PTO, CME, and more
• $125,000 sign-on bonus
• Non-boarded candidates considered on a case-by-case basis
