**Requirements**
- Minimum Board Certification: Eligible, Fellowship Required
- License Requirement: Licensed in PA only
- The Following Certifications Are Required: BLS
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
**Skills Required**
- Proficiency in upper GI endoscopy procedures including biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeders, injection of varices, ERCP (both diagnostic and therapeutic), with PEG, esophageal dilatation/manometry, and esophageal manometry interpretation.
- Competency in small bowel biopsy, lower GI endoscopy procedures including sigmoidoscopy (flexible and rigid), colonoscopy (with biopsy and polyp excision), and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) preferred but not required.
- Additional skills in liver biopsy and management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube insertion.
**Additional Information**
- The provider will perform strictly outpatient procedures two weeks of the month, including inpatient bronchoscopy, outpatient, and call coverage.
- ERCP is required, and EBUS is preferred but not required.
- State-of-the-art GI Lab with office hours from 8AM 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
