Position: Locum Anesthesiologist with either PEDS or General Anesthesia
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Availability: Must have a minimum of 5-7 shifts a month
Average Monthly Cases: 4,000
EMR: Epic
Operating Rooms: 5
Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center
Average Credentialing Time: 90 days without a current NJ license, but could take up to 120 days for full credentialing.

Qualifications
BC/BE
Active DEA
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through American Heart Association
Covid 19 vaccine
Influenza vaccine
NJ CDS
TB records
Clean background and malpractice history required
Up-to-date CV with mm/yyyy formatting
*MUST have a Pediatric fellowship if presenting a PEDS physician.*
Working Hours
Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
*Will accept local candidates to help fill 7p-7a shift. These can be 12-hr or 24-hr shifts.*
