Seeking a full time, hospital employed Audiologist who will serve a patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatrics in our outpatient ENT Clinic. These services encompass the assessment and habilitation/rehabilitation of auditory and vestibular impairments, and the prevention of these impairments. Canadian TN Visa welcome to apply.

Compensation: Competitive Salary Range $70,000 – $111,000. Relocation, Sign-on, and Education Loan Assistance

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate of Audiology or equivalent degree(s), such as Masters with experience.
  • Completion on a appropriate clinical externship is required; 1-3 years of clinic experience preferred.
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont or eligibility to obtain
  • Eligible for CCC-A or ABA Board Certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate auditory function through interpretation of behavioral and electrophysiological measures.
  • Assess vestibular function using clinical and electrophysiological measures.
  • Provide counseling to patients and their families on hearing loss, educational implications in children, and treatment options.
  • Offer guidance on the use of amplification devices, including Osseo integrated devices.
  • Counsel patients on tinnitus assessment and management.
  • Educate patients on hearing conservation and the use of noise protection.
  • Evaluate and fit amplification devices, ensuring proper counseling and training on their use.
