• Patients per day: 50-60
• Department description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo
• 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active AZ License
• ACLS, PALS
• Covid and Flu Vaccine
