  • Shifts available: May 20-24 May 21-24 May 28-30 May 28-31 (2) June 11-14 June 17-21 June 18-21 June 25-28 July 2-3, 5 July 22-26 July 23-26 July 29-Aug 2(2) July 20-Aug 2 Aug 6-9 Aug 13-16 Aug 20-23 Aug 27-29 Sept 3-6
  • Support staff: CRNAs
  • Patients per day: 50-60
  • Department description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum.
  • EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
  • Hospital bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
  • Special procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
  • Practice Setting: Hospital
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required
  • License required: Active AZ license
  • Certifications required: ACLS, PALS
