Locum Anesthesiologist needed near Phoenix area to start ASAP and work ongoing. Must have AZ license.

• Schedule: 7am – 3 pm, 7 am – 5 PM, or 7 am – 7 PM.
• 40 - 50 hours per week.
• Call: Required. Weekday Call Preferred, 1 day per week not in-house call (6pm-6am). Weekend Call Preferred, 2 weekend days per month 1st call is 6a-6a; 2nd call is 6a-6p
• Cases: General Surg, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, Gyn, Plastics (some minimal), ENT, Spine, Vascular, Endo, Blocks and Lines. We do not do Lungs, EP, Cath Lab, Peds or OB.
• It is a mixture of both Supervising and doing own cases, our supervision ratio is 1:6.
• Will work with CRNA’s 20% of the time.
• Level III Trauma.
• 8-10 OR's and 1-2 Endo rooms.
• EMR: Banner uses Cerner/SAM the system NPH uses is E PREOP
• 45 - 60 days for credentialing.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals Full Daily Rate per weekend day + Premium after 4 hours.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + A++ rated malpractice insurance if needed. Prefer local candidates at this time. May consider housing and travel.
