- May - Ongoing
- 7:00am-7:00pm, 4x10-Hour Days
- Support staff: CRNAs
- Patients per day: 50-60
- Hospital bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required
- License required: Active AZ license
- Certifications required: ACLS, PALS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
