- Actively contributes as a senior leader and member. Participates in development of strategy and facilitates execution of initiatives for the organization, related to all areas of responsibility. Actively supports implementation and refinement of lean management and leadership management systems.
- Maintains an active community presence and engages with the community through service on local boards and involvement in community activities. Represents the organization in partnership with educational institutions, and industry, state and national associations. Serves as spokesperson, where applicable, for the organization
- Provides oversight in credentialing and developing/standardizing contracts for the medical staff
- Champions programs and activities to improve organizational effectiveness through lean management in re-designing work, reducing wasteful activity, and introducing new tools, technology, and breakthrough thinking to address strategic, operational, and fiscal challenges. Promotes and actively engages in leadership management system
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Chief Medical Officer role strongly preferred.
Previous experience in senior leadership decision-making outside core areas of expertise
