Chief Anesthesiologist Leadership Opportunity in beautiful Brandon, Florida- $75K Start Date Bonus!

Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join the established team at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. Minimum experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 15 physicians and 35 anesthetists. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides services to HCA Florida Brandon and AdventHealth Surgery Center Wellswood. The team performs all cases except for transplants and trauma.

The Chief duties will include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires

HCA Florida Brandon Hospital is a 410 bed facility and draws patients from throughout Hillsborough County and beyond. Brandon Hospital offers emergency room, obstetrical, and emergency surgical services round-the-clock, as well as same-day surgery services. The hospital also has a Center-of-Excellence designation for spine and bariatric surgery, an active cardiothoracic surgery and interventional program, a GI and pulmonary endoscopy program, and a neonatal intensive care unit.

Brandon is located in Hillsborough County, Florida, about 10 miles east of Tampa, near Florida's Gulf Coast and easily accessible from Interstates I-4 and I-75. Located within minutes of downtown Tampa, Brandon combines small-town living with easy access to the big city. There is plenty to do within Brandon itself, but even more when including the beaches and attractions nearby. The city of Orlando is about 90 minutes away from Brandon.
