• Call 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Clinical Details

• Cover bread and butter surgical cases as the primary anesthesiologist. Highest volume is with ortho and GS cases
• Anticipated Procedures/Surgeries per week: 4-5 cases per day, roughly
• Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: 100% OR and L&D, we have 9 main OR’s constructed approximately 18 years ago
• Level 3 Trauma
• No clinic work, 100% OR work
• Approximately 4 - 5 cases per day

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified or Eligible
• NY License
• Covid Vaccine
  • exemptions are made on a case by case basis
• MMR
• Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: All bread and butter surgery, no CT, neuro or cranial cases
• Procedures Preferred: All bread and butter surgery, OB/Gyn, ortho, general surgery, plastic surgery, vascular, colo-rectal surgery, ENT, GI, Urology regional blocks for OR cases
  • Peds is not required but would be nice, Healthy kids only, no high risk peds
• Call is a MUST
• ACLS Required

• Call Ratio 1:4
• Call includes OB. Must be within 15 minutes

• CRNA’s, Anesthesia techs, PA’s, nurses, OR techs
