Shift Details: 7a-3:30p
Schedule: Mon-Fri 40 hours/week.
Work Details:
· Support staff: Other CRNAs and Anes. Will need to supervise 2-3 other CRNAs. No Solo cases unless emergency
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 40 hours/week. Can work 5-8s or 4-10s
· Patient population/age: 70% general cases, 20% OB, 10% Bariatric. 75% adults, 5% PEDS, 20% Trauma
· Department description: Lab and x-ray onsite.
· EMR: Cerner
· Special procedures: General Anesthesia for Adults, Peds, and Trauma. Spinal and Epidural Anesthesia, Complex vascular and ortho cases, Post op epidural and extremity blocks, Ventilation mgmt., Arterial line placement.

· Board Certification: Required
· License required: Willing to license
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: No
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
· Minimum experience required: 2+ years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
