Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital of Richmond is looking for locum Hepatology inpatient coverage for 2024!

Open dates:
    • March 22-23.
      • They can cover Fri -Sun, Fri-Sat, Sat-Sun or only Sat.
    • May 18-19.
    • June 14-23.
    • November 14-20
Job Details:
  • Reason for Coverage: To provide inpatient coverage for when incumbent is away for vacation
  • Practice Setting: Hospital-based
  • Schedule: cover GI Hepatology inpatient calls/consults - no outpatient
  • Call Ratio: 1:1 for Hepatology only
  • Labs & X-ray onsite
  • Patient population: Adult
  • No outpatient or internal medicine required
  • Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 10
  • Average Number of Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 10
  • Providers in group: 1 MD w/ 4 APCs
  • EMR: EPIC

Job Duties/Requirements:
  • Liver Biopsy
  • Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
  • Upper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy, with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser), Diagnostic
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified
  • Active VA license & DEA - Preferred
  • BLS & ACLS Certified
