Schedule:
- Anesthesiologists needed to cover a min of 2wks-3wks per month including night and weekend call
- *8hr shifts Mon-Fri 7a-3p
- *10hr shifts Mon-Fri 7a-5p
- *Weekday In-house Call: 5p-7a
- *Weekend In-house Call: 24hrs 7a-7a
- Providers will work in a care team model: 50% solo - provider will see patients starting at pre-op and manage/work case through to finish.
- 50% supervision - will supervise CRNA starting at pre-op. Supervising a ratio of 1 to 3 to 1 to 4 nurse anesthetists throughout the day
- *Will handle mostly inpatient - 85%
- *No cardiac cases/anesthesia
- Mostly bread and butter ortho, GS, neuro, gyn, podiatry, urology, plus pediatrics, L&D and cardiac
