· Amount of coverage needed per month: Can do one week, 2 weeks per month, or full time

· Department description: Level 2 Trauma Center

· Hospital bed size: 411
· Skills required: Heavy in Cardiac, Ortho, and Neuro, PEDS, ENT, OBGYN

· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
