A health system in North Carolina is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join their team of mission-driven providers.
Schedule:
- 7 on, 7 off preferred
- Clinic Monday through Friday 07:00-15:00
- Call beginning at 15:00 each day
- 24-hour call shifts on the weekend
- Weekend call coverage is 15:00 Friday to 07:00 Monday
Practice Setting:
- 81-bed hospital
- 175 surgical cases per month
- Avg admissions/day: 7-10
- Avg admissions/night: 4
Cases and Procedures:
- Must be able to start surgery within 30 minutes of call back
- Shared epidural call with CRNAs
- No ICU/Critical Care duties
- Bread and butter surgical cases: General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedics, /OB-Gyn, Optometry, and Pediatric Dental, Endoscopy (pediatrics > age 2)
- No robotic or vascular surgery
