- Open for providers who can give 2 continuous weeks/month of full-time hours, but no less than that
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Option to Convert to Full Time

- Level II Trauma Center
- Mostly CRNA Supervision, some solo cases
- Inpatient/Outpatient Setting
- Regional Anesthesia Proficiency Required
- No Hearts
- Board Eligibility or Certification Required
- Active TX License Required
- Fellowship Preferred
- ACLS, BLS Required
- EMR: Cerner
