Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Job Setting: Hospital
- Types of Cases: All cases except transplants and pediatrics, including CV
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Board Certification, Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Active DEA, and Active Illinois License required.
