- ASAP start pending credentialing
- Full or part-time availability, minimum 1 week per month
- 40 hours per week (preferably four 10-hour shifts)
- No call
- Cases: ortho, gyn, Gen Surgery, Uro, Vascular (rare), spine, GI, thoracic (rare)
- EMR: Epic
- Supervision: No
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
- OR license, ACLS/PALS, Covid vaccination
- Anesthesiology (ANES) needed
