JOB DETAILS:

  • Shift hours: Schedule can be flexible, Mostly 8 hour days but Fridays are 10-12 hours
  • Call required?/Rotation or Schedule: On call 1 day per week
  • Schedule: M-F, potential weekends if on call
  • Specific Dates Open: Ongoing
  • Types of Cases: Role is medical direction.
  • Regional blocks for total knee and some shoulder. CRNA’s don’t do most regionals blocks, and they don’t do any epidurals (per hospital policies). Average about 2-3 epidurals/day. Surgical services include very busy ortho and general surgery services as well as urology, vascular, thoracic (no open hearts), neurosurgery (spine only). About 800 deliveries annually.
  • Patient population/caseload: 12-15 cases per day
  • EMR: Epic
  • Credentialing: 30-60 days
  • Licensing: Active West Virginia License or are eligible for interstate license in WV.
  • Required Certifications/Cred Items: WV License, NBCRNA Certification
