VeloSource has an Anesthesiology opportunity in Northern PA.

• PA state license required, accepting candidates who need to obtain a license.
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• Certifications Required: ACLS
• Estimated 7 shifts per month. Open to 7 on/7 off schedule.
• On call: Provider will be on 24hr call for every shift that they work.
• Provider will be working in the OR during the day but will still be responsible for surgeries. Once they have completed surgeries or if a surgery is cancelled, they will go offsite and take call (must be 30 mins response time).
• Average callback: 0-2, very limited as this is a critical access hospital.
• Adult %: 90%
• Peds %: 10%
• Travel Covered: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Rental Car & Fuel
