Completion Bonus After 13 Weeks and 520 Hours
• Specific Details for Assignment: Hospital
• Length of Contract: 3-12 months with option to extend
• Schedule: 7a-5p, beeper call 5p-7a (coverage is 1 week on Mon-Sun with the same MD covering day shift and call)
• Call, Nights and Weekends: 5p-7a Mon-Fri & 7a-7a(24hr) Sat-Sun | Call Type: Beeper Call (30 minute call-back radius)
• Cases: General, Urology, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, OB, Endo
• Facility: Very Small Hospital in small town - 3 Anesthetizing locations (2 OR, 1 NORA)
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: EPIC
• Credentialing: 60-90 Days
