- BE/BC Anesthesiologist for full-time permanent role
- Join9 anesthesiologists and 25+ CRNAs
- Base salary guarantee + group productivity bonus that is shared by the full-time physicians participating in call responsibilities
- Minimum compensation and benefit package ( CME, licenses, society dues, and quality bonuses) of $600,000 annually for 2 years plus a group bonus pool based on the overall OR case productivity.

Team model of medical direction and MD anesthesia (70/30 mix)
Well-balanced case mix will include healthy pediatrics and emphasis on a wide variety of regional anesthesia techniques
No cardiac anesthesia
