Contract Length: 6 months with 30-day notice
Shift Details: 8’s, 10’s, 12’s, 24’s. Call frequency is much as provider can.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with Weekend and Call
Work Details:
· Support staff: 25 MDs and 50 CRNAs in practice
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 5 days a week, with Weekend & Call
· Patients per day: Ratio when stable 1:0, 0:1, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
· Patient population/age: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric
· Department description: Anesthesiology
· EMR: Cerner and migrating to Epic in Spring
· Hospital bed size: 617 beds
· Anesthesia, and Trauma Anesthesia
· Skills required: Epidural, spinal, regional (brachial plexus, fem-sciatic, ankle, wrist, etc.) with ultrasound.

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes (Will take Board Eligible)
· License required: Yes, Licensed in Tennessee or will take IMLC licensed providers
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
· Minimum experience required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 48 Hours
