  • Clinical Role:

    • 5/20/24 - 11/22/24
    • Schedule of Days/Times nee4ded to work/shift hours: M-F 7am-3:30pm plus on call as agreed upon
    • Facility Requesting 2 Full Time Providers
    • Scheduled Clinic and Call
    • 24-Hour Call 7a-7p. There is a first and second call each day. Second call is rarely utilized after 7pm. Weekends follow a pattern where first and second call alternate days so we would never have first call responsibility for more than 24 hours. Average volume while on call: First call usually comes in once or twice after 7pm. Call includes OB
    • Call Ratio: 1:4
    • Call Response Time: 15 mins
    • No Clinic Work, 100% OR and L&D Work
    • Procedures Required: All bread-and-butter surgery. No CT, Neuro, or Cranial cases.
    • Procedures Preferred: OB/Gyn, ortho, general surgery, plastic surgery, vascular, colo-rectal surgery, ENT, GI, Urology
    • Pain Management or Regional Blocks? Yes to regional blocks for OR cases. No outpatient pain management
    • Peds are not required but would be welcomed. Healthy kids only. There is no high risk peds
    • Patients per Shift: 4 – 5
    • Support: 2 CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, PA’s, Nurses, OR Techs
    • Additional Support: Directors, Managers
    • Supervision of CRNAs is rare
    • Trauma Level III with ACS
    • EMR: Epic
    • ACLS Required
    • Board Certification or Board Eligible Required
