- Schedule: Full-time or minimum 1 week/month, 7am-3:30pm Friday-Monday, Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

- Patient Volume: 15 cases/day, 433 bed volume
- Support Staff: 13 MD's, 60+ CRNAs
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications: BC or BE, Covid Vaccine, IL License, IMLC LOQ
- Credentialing: 90 days
