- Case types: 70% OB 10% Neuro 5% Thoracic 5% Complex 5% Ortho
- Standard procedures required: Adult, Pediatric, Spinal, Regional, OB, Neuro (head/spine), Thoracic & complex vascular (except Open Heart), Complex Ortho, Pain Management, Post-Op Epidural & Extremity Block, Vent Management, Eval & MNG Acute Vol/BP Issues, C-Lines, Arterial Lines
Required:
- CA license; active and unrestricted
- BC/BE within 5 years of residency
