The Practice

• Hospital Employed – Generalist Focus
• Joining 12 Anesthesiologists, Over 30 CRNAs (Independent, collaborative - no care team)
• $50,000 Signing Bonus
• Schedule: 8 Hr Shifts, 40 hours/week (includes call)
• Avg. 80 cases/day: Peds, Neuro, OB, Trauma, Vascular, General, Ortho, Pain, Uro, ASC
• 182 Beds/Level II Trauma: 15 ORs (Hospital & ASC), 2 C-Section Rooms, 2 Endoscopy Suites
• Call: Evenly split, overnight from home with 2 CRNAs in-house 24/7 (called-in 50% of time)
• Post Call Day Off - Internal Locums Opportunities
