- Dates: ASAP for 90 days, then transition to a permanent placement for three years
- Schedule: 5x10s per week (16 shifts per month)
- Call Coverage: 1:9 ratio
- EMR: Epic
- Certifications: Active PA license, Board certified
- Credentials: 45-60 days
