Job Description:
Position 1:
- Types of Cases: General Surgery, Ortho, Urology, Endo, ENT, Neuro, GYN, Peds, Vascular, Robotics, Trauma
- Majority Case Type: Ortho, General
- Supervise and do some of your own cases.
- EMR: Cerner
- Life Support Requirements: ACLS, PALS
- Shift Days: Monday - Friday - 10 hour shifts
- Minimum Number of shifts per month: 20, every week, Monday through Friday
- Current Available Shifts: Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts. No call, no weekends. OT is not expected.
- Types of Cases: Diverse mix of cases including Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, Neuro, Spine, Plastics, Eyes, Endo, EP, IR, OB, optional Cardiac, and Neuro iMRI team, bariatric No Peds/Trauma/Transplants.
- Coverage will primarily be without CRNA supervision, working cases independently.
- Procedures: Spinal and epidural preferred but not required.
- EMR: Cerner
- Life Support Requirements: ACLS, BLS
- Shift Days: Mon-Fri
- Minimum Number of shifts per month: prefer full-time coverage; minimum 15 shifts per month.
- Current Available Shifts: Various shifts available including 7a-5p, 7a-8p, 10a-11p, 1p-11p, mid-shifts, open to creative shifts Flexible scheduling – 8s, 10s, 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s
- Types of cases: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy. No trauma and cardiac done by the cardiac MD team
- EMR: Meditech
- Shifts: Monday - Friday either five 8 or four 10-hour shifts. Approx 7a- 3pm 7a- 5pm; Weekends and call optional
- Types of Cases: Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB. CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinal, and central and arterial line placement. • We have a team that covers cardiac so no need to cover those cases.
- Required Procedures: General to Trauma
- EMR: Meditech
- Life Support Requirements: ACLS, BLS
- Shift Days: Mon-Fri - TBD-emergency coverage of site/likely 8-hour shifts
- Minimum Number of shifts per month: prefer full-time coverage
- Current Available Shifts: TBD-This is for Emergency Staffing of the site. Would be very helpful if they could offer some call relief.
- Types of Cases: General Surgery, ENT, Neuro, Vascular, GU, GYN, OB, Ortho, Thoracic, Plastics, Peds.
- Majority Case Type: General, Neuro, GU
- Supervise and do some of your own cases, it's 50/50 for both. Supervise 2-4 CRNAs, never more than 4.
- Shift Days: Monday - Friday, Five shifts per week - 8-hour shifts
- Minimum Number of shifts per month: 20, every week, Monday through Friday
- Current Available Shifts: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. No call. OT is not expected.
Submission Requirements:
- Must have an active FL license
- Must be Board Certified
- Must not have any prior malpractice history or background issues
- Must have Full-time Open Availability
- Life Support Requirements: ACLS, BLS
- Active license for the state of FL
