Position Requirements Assists in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine ECFMC and FLEX Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia Currently licensed as a Physician.
- Full-time coverage, no call
- What cases would locums provider need to cover?
- Bread and butter, endo, general, ortho
- OB? - no
- Neuro/heads? - maybe spine
- Pediatrics - only if desired
- Bread and butter, endo, general, ortho
- CRNA Supervision or docs doing own cases? Supervision
- Ratio. 1:3 or 1:4
- Ratio. 1:3 or 1:4
- OT expected - No
- Call involved - No
- Anesthesia rooms on site? - 25
- Practice Model for each location # Physicians
- EMR: EPIC
- Privileging time frame - 45 days
