Shift Description:
Monday-Thursday, 7a-5:30p. 10-hour shift with 30 min lunch, Weekend Requirements: Yes, On Call Requirements: Night call weekly & 24-hour call Friday-Sunday rotated

- Patient demographic: Adult 99%; Pediatric 1%
- Average Number of Surgical Patients per Day- 7
- Patient Types-
- General 35%
- Ob 22%

- Ophthalmology 11% (Complex ophthalmology describes a different supply item that the ophthalmologist uses for the procedure. Nothing changes for anesthesia)
- How many anesthesiologists are in the group? 4 CRNAs, No supervision required

Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified Anesthesiology - Required OR Truly BE (0-3 Yrs from completion of residency)
- Active ND License - Highly Preferred - Willing to accept candidates needing to obtain ND license.
- DEA - Required
- Active ACLS, PALS - Required
- Must be willing to take call - Required
- Must be able to perform Epidurals, Blocks, and, Spinal - Required
- COVID vaccine - REQUIRED
