Anesthesiology
* $580k guaranteed base salary with production bonus
* $100K commencement bonus
* Retention bonus of $100,000
* Call 1 : 6
* Call pay
* 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
* OR Cases 750 per month
* Supervise CRNA´s 98% of time
* MDA´s do own OB epidural service
* Additional income potential on Heart Team
* Comprehensive benefit package including health, vision and dental insurance for physician and family, Professional liability insurance (with tail), Long-term disability, Life insurance, Profit sharing contribution plan, 401(k),
* CME reimbursement up to $4,500
* Eight weeks paid vacation/CME
* Relocation assistance

* 147-bed hospital offering a full complement of medical services
* Accredited by the Joint Commission
* Region´s tertiary referral hospital
* Level II Trauma Center with cardiac, neuro, ortho, and other specialty and surgical services offered around the clock
* The First Response helicopter provides transport for patients within a 150-mile radius
