- May 2024 - Ongoing, full-time, 40-50 hours per week
- Level 2 Trauma Center
- Comfortable with Regional Anesthesia - Required
- Must be comfortable performing own cases or working in Supervising / Care Team Model - Required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 to 90 days
