Anesthesiologist Sought - Beautiful Ski Area in West Virginia!
Hospital employed and one facility location.
15 OR’s, 4 Endo suites and 1 Special Procedure room
7 Anesthesiologists and 33 CRNA’s – all hospital employed. Practice is medical direction.
Surgical services include very busy ortho and general surgery services as well as urology, vascular, thoracic (no open hearts), neurosurgery (spine only). 1000 annual deliveries.
300 bed hospital with service area of about 250K. Communities of Bridgeport and Clarksburg population together around 28K.
About 250 cases per week (13K annually). Regional blocks for total knee and some shoulder. CRNA’s don’t do most regionals blocks, and they don’t do any epidurals (per hospital policies). Average about 2-3 epidurals/day.

Each would cover about 3 rooms at once. And will have 4-5 calls a month (weekday/weekend)
On call for a 24 hours shift. Do not have to stay in-house, but must be no more than 30 minutes away.
Emergency surgery only on Sunday, about 8-12 cases on Saturday (mix of emergent and elective)
OB is not burdensome, makes call palatable. Very low emergency c-section rate.
Benefits:

Loan repayment/signing bonus negotiable for initial multi-year contract. Relo up to $15K
Starting salary of $475K for those coming out of training, up to $540K with productivity bonus program.
