Anesthesiology opening in Ohio_x000D_ Located in Newark, OH_x000D_ Full-Time & Permanent_x000D_ _x000D_ Seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join practice._x000D_ _x000D_ Position Details:_x000D_ _x000D_ Position:_x000D_ _x000D_ - MD's and CRNA's using the medical direction model. MD's may do own cases or direct CRNA's._x000D_ - No cardiac, neuro, or trauma; encompasses mostly B & B cases, including Gen Surg, Vascular, Ortho, ENT, GU, GI, Ob/Gyn, Plastics, Podiatry, Psychiatry._x000D_ - A very busy ortho service; proficiency with peripheral nerve blocks is a plus._x000D_ - Currently in the process of incorporating FoCUS as part of preop assessment_x000D_ - Hold monthly CME meetings and M & M conferences to review literature and stay current, adding a semi-academic flavor to the practice._x000D_ - Model: hospital-employed group_x000D_ - Board certification required: Yes; must be B/C within 5 years of graduating residency or fellowship_x000D_ _x000D_ Compensation:_x000D_ _x000D_ - Annual base salary: $450,000_x000D_ - Sign on Bonus $50,000 for two years _x000D_ - Paid time off (PTO): accrued; approximately 250 hours per year for full time physicians_x000D_ - Retirement: 403(b), 457, and a generous pension plan are all offered_x000D_ - Medical & dental: Yes; low cost, self-insured, PPO structured_x000D_ _x000D_ Location:_x000D_ _x000D_ - Geography: Central OH, Licking County, 30 minutes East of Columbus_x000D_ - Residential: ranges from the very affordable to the very affluent_x000D_ - Highlight areas: Granville, OH; Newark, OH; Heath, OH; Pataskala, OH; Blacklick, OH; Gahanna, OH; New Albany, OH_x000D_ - Schools: top-rated public schools in Granville & New Albany; many excellent private schools in the area
